Great experience, no hassles or pressure. Professional staff all the way around. I went with my daughter a few weeks ago, test drove a few things, they have a great selection of quality vehicles at various price ranges. They were more than happy to let me take anything I was interested in to my local shop that I have taken all of my vehicles to for over 15 years, to have it looked over. That tells you a lot, I feel that they feel there is nothing to hide and I have no doubt that if something would have come up, they would work with us on it. I have a friend of the family that will be in the market for a change of vehicles, we will start here. Came in to look at a 2016 Silverado today. I was greeted by Jermain & Mike. After looking the truck over I agreed to purchase it at a Reduced price. Told them i was off to sell my car, And asked would they possibly be able to come pick me up ? Jermain stepped up to the plate and said yes. when i got back my truck was washed and the paper work was fast. I was really blown away at how nice this place is. A well kept secret indeed ! Jermaine Dearman and Michael Galford were professional and friendly from the beginning of our car buying experience. We took 6 cars out to test drive over multiple days to find the right one for our needs. They followed up but weren’t annoying. Once we decided on a vehicle it was quick and painless, less than an hour to get everything signed and off of the lot. If you are in the market for a new car, check these guys out first!
